TL;DR
Director, Subscriber Value Strategy (Pricing & Growth Strategy): Lead pricing, promotions, and subscriber value optimization strategy for Peacock with an accent on test-and-learn experimentation, personalized offer decisioning, and end-to-end strategy execution across customer touchpoints. Focus on aligning targeting and promotional mechanics with revenue, conversion, retention, and lifetime value goals while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Forecasting, Audience Development, and Go-To-Market.
Location: Hybrid schedule (minimum four days per week in the office)
Salary: USD 155,000 - USD 185,000 yearly

What you will do
- Own pricing and promotional strategy across public, targeted, and gated offers to meet subscriber growth and profitability goals
- Define and evolve the long-term vision for subscriber value optimization across all customer touchpoints
- Build and manage a roadmap of targeting and value optimization use cases prioritized by impact, feasibility, and growth alignment
- Partner with Forecasting and Finance to align promotional strategies with revenue targets and subscriber growth goals
- Lead decisioning logic for personalized and dynamic offers, and drive innovation in offer constructs and promotional mechanics
- Lead cross-functional testing, launch, and scaling of initiatives to improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related analytical field
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, business analysis, pricing, or growth, ideally in streaming, subscription, or digital entertainment
- Experience building business cases and strategic recommendations using both quantitative and qualitative inputs with strategic and financial rigor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Comfort operating in high-ambiguity environments with minimal direction
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
