Salary: $113,920 - $170,600 per annum

What you will do
- Integrate internal and external IP blocks at the chip level in collaboration with the SOC Integration team.
- Lead the design effort for internally developed processor IP blocks to meet specific architectural requirements.
- Perform functional simulations, gate-level simulations, and CDC checks using industry-standard EDA tools.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including physical design, verification, and packaging to ensure zero-defect tape-outs.
- Develop and utilize automation tools and next-generation AI workflows to accelerate design cycles.
- Deliver detailed micro-architectural specifications for complex designs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering with 2-3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
- Strong RTL design skills using SystemVerilog.
- Hands-on experience with block design, subsystem, or SoC integration and debug.
- Proven experience in taping out one or two complex SoCs.
- Familiarity with ARM protocols such as APB, AHB, AXI, and CHI.
Nice to have
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or Tcl.
- Understanding of the impact of front-end RTL decisions on physical implementation.
