What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for wireless MCUs and SDKs, owning features from requirements to release.
• Build low-level firmware including device drivers, initialization code, timing-sensitive software, and radio controls.
• Optimize for performance, reliability, power efficiency, and resource utilization in real-time environments.
• Debug issues across software, firmware, hardware using lab tools and collaborate on new device bring-up.
• Contribute to automated testing, validation tooling, code reviews, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• BS/MS in EE, CE, CS or equivalent + 5+ years in embedded software/firmware.
• Strong Embedded C/C++ skills for microcontrollers in resource-constrained, real-time (bare-metal/RTOS) environments.
• Experience with low-level software: device drivers, interrupts, peripherals, timing-critical code.
• Strong hardware/software debugging with JTAG/SWD, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers.
• Full lifecycle: design, implementation, test, release of features.
• Experience with AI-powered tools for productivity and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Wireless tech: Bluetooth LE, Zigbee, Thread, Wi-Fi, proprietary radios, PHY/MAC.
• Common interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART, DMA, timers; low-power optimization.
• Python scripting, CI/validation, silicon bring-up, multi-core, ARM/RISC-V assembly.
