What you will do

• Manage day-to-day SEM operations for small customers and implement requested campaign optimizations.
• Own and maintain tracking implementations across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and SA360.
• Ensure data integrity for conversion tracking, revenue attribution, and analytics integrations like GA4.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio and support Tableau reporting.
• Partner with BI teams to develop data pipelines, automation, and reporting scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on launches, experiments, and platform migrations.

Requirements

• Experience in SEM, analytics, marketing operations, or digital marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads tracking, and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong working knowledge of GA4 and dashboarding in Looker Studio.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English required.
• Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset for troubleshooting attribution issues.
• Understanding of core AI concepts and ability to leverage AI tools for workflow optimization.

Nice to have

• Experience with SA360 and Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with Tableau and integration tools like Supermetrics.
