What you will do

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk.
• Translate complex Finance, Accounting, and Manufacturing requirements into robust system configurations.
• Design and implement secure ERP-MES integrations to ensure reliable data flows.
• Support advanced manufacturing operations including inventory management, demand planning, and cost accounting.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, version control, and structured deployment governance.
• Ensure internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite development within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in SuiteScript 2.x, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and SuiteBuilder.
• Solid understanding of core ERP processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Record-to-Report.
• Proven experience in ERP-MES integrations and transactional data integrity.
• Experience with multi-subsidiary or multi-entity NetSuite deployments.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• NetSuite certifications (Suite Foundation, Administrator, or Developer).
• Experience in advanced manufacturing or regulated/defense-related environments.
