What you will do

• Lead the global support team in triaging and resolving critical NetSuite production issues within defined SLAs.
• Define and enforce standardized support procedures, communication protocols, and escalation matrices.
• Oversee NetSuite administration, including user roles, permissions, SuiteFlow workflows, and dashboards.
• Manage SOX compliance by implementing ITGCs and ITACs and preventing Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.
• Coordinate bi-annual NetSuite updates, including testing, communication, and compatibility checks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors for all NetSuite-related testing.

Requirements

• BS/BA or higher in Computer Science or Management Information Systems.
• 10+ years of experience with ERP systems focused on Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounting.
• 6+ years of experience in developing workflows with ERP customization platforms.
• Deep functional knowledge of core ERP processes: O2C, P2P, R2R, and Inventory Management.
• Experience working in complex environments with Finance and Manufacturing teams is a must.
• Understanding of SOX compliance requirements in financial systems.
