What you will do

• Partner with global finance and FP&A to develop best-practice processes and system integrations to streamline financial operations.
• Own and optimize integrations across NetSuite and related systems (including Coupa, Avalara, Workday, banks, Navan, Chargebee, Bettercloud, Salesforce, and Stripe).
• Manage financial systems consulting/managed services resources and collaborate with accounting, Workday, IT developers, administrators, and FP&A.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements for financial systems.
• Lead solutions optimization (search, scripting, workflow automation) and manage financial systems administration and platform consolidation.
• Monitor integrations, resolve integration issues, and act as an escalation point for day-to-day support; evaluate features and propose improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years designing and implementing business systems (ERP, integrations).
• 5+ years with NetSuite, including administration, implementation, and support.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience delivering financial SaaS solutions.
• Experience independently architecting and developing data synchronization solutions across NetSuite and other systems.
• Finance and accounting background; strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
• Must be able to work fully from within the US.
