Location: Must be based in Houston, Texas (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Provide first and second-level technical support for NetSuite ERP and resolve user incidents.
• Configure and maintain core NetSuite modules including Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
• Manage user access provisioning and ensure segregation of duties in compliance with SOX controls.
• Generate inventory and financial reports to support business decision-making.
• Deliver onboarding and continuous training sessions to end users.
• Collaborate with IT teams to escalate urgent issues and support system upgrades.

Requirements

• Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
• Advanced proficiency with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
• Experience with system migrations and ERP implementations.
• Understanding of ITIL support processes and SOX IT General Controls.

Nice to have

• Experience with the NetSuite Fixed Assets Module.
