What you will do

• Manage large-scale, multiple cloud transformation and migration projects within the cloud practice.
• Prepare, track, and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with client, offshore, and cross-functional teams to meet transformation requirements.
• Manage project governance, including status reporting and weekly cadence reviews for leadership.
• Track and report schedule and cost variances across the project portfolio.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience in cloud transformational consulting and migration projects.
• Proven track record of driving major IT projects and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure, including virtualization, cloud technologies, compute, storage, and networking.
• Expertise in managing stakeholders, holding teams accountable, and delivering under tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in BCA, MCA, BE, B.Tech, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Agile Management, PRINCE2, or PMP.
• Experience with project management tools like ADO.
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud, databases, and networking.
