What you will do

• Perform preventive and remedial maintenance on QCS and DCS equipment at customer sites.
• Conduct system upgrades, control logic updates, and sensor correlations.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone and internet.
• Perform controls tuning to ensure equipment is utilized as expected.
• Facilitate customer update meetings and provide operational training.
• Generate detailed reports following each customer visit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Chemical, or Paper engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work within the Carolinas and Virginia region.
• Experience in a QCS/DCS/Quality support role.
• Strong background in instrumentation, controls, and networking.
• Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and virtual systems.
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs and perform physical site work safely.
