What you will do

• Deliver high-quality research reports, trackers, forecasts, and presentations for the data center thermal management, power, and cooling practice.
• Develop and maintain market forecasts and market sizing models for UPS and power/cooling infrastructure, including energy efficiency solutions.
• Conduct vendor competitive analysis and provide timely, opinionated insights on market events and technology evolution.
• Build and manage client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on thermal management and power trends, roadmaps, and market opportunities.
• Support sales, marketing, product management, and PR with expert credibility and participate in client-facing meetings.
• Present research at industry conferences, client briefings, webinars, and provide expert commentary to media and industry publications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in the data center ecosystem as an industry analyst or within the wider ecosystem.
• Solid technical understanding of data center cooling technologies and power infrastructure, with the ability to form credible and original market opinions.
• Quantitative research experience building and maintaining market forecasts and trackers, and presenting complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent written and strong verbal communication and presentation skills, including confidence presenting to senior industry executives.
• Experience working with sales and marketing teams to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally and demonstrate cultural awareness for global clients and a global virtual team.
