What you will do

• Lead research coverage of the global data center UPS and thermal management markets.
• Develop and maintain market forecasts, sizing models, and vendor competitive analysis.
• Provide strategic consulting and advisory services to global clients on technology roadmaps.
• Present research and expert commentary at industry conferences, webinars, and in media publications.
• Collaborate with the Chief Analyst and Research Directors to drive team strategy.
• Build and manage high-level relationships with senior industry executives.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience within the data center ecosystem.
• Deep technical understanding of cooling technologies and power infrastructure.
• Strong quantitative research skills for building and enhancing market forecasts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level influence.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Must be based in the Beijing office.
