Knowledge Manager (KM) – Journeyman (Knowledge Management): Developing and maintaining knowledge management systems, repositories, and collaboration tools for mission-critical federal operations with an accent on information accessibility, documentation, and retention. Focus on analyzing operational challenges, recommending improvements, and supporting compliance and operational efficiency.

Location: Washington, DC; full-time on-site

What you will do

Develop and maintain knowledge management systems, repositories, and collaboration tools.
Document, organize, retain, and improve access to operational information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
Prepare documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

3–10 years of relevant experience.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.
Availability to work full-time on-site in Washington, DC.
