What you will do

• Lead complex digital transformation assignments and manage high-level client relationships.
• Take ownership of Project Management, Agile/Scrum facilitation, and Architectural Design tasks.
• Conduct business and functional analysis to align organizational stakeholders.
• Support business development activities to grow the consultancy's footprint.
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver fixed-price projects and embedded consulting.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technology or business consulting.
• Proven track record of contributing to or leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Fluent English and proficiency in both Dutch and French (one fluent, one good working knowledge).
• Strong experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with Scrum ceremonies.
• Must be based in Brussels, Belgium.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Prince2, Lean Six Sigma, TOGAF/Archimate, or Leading SAFe.
• Scrum.org certifications (PSPO I, PSPO II).
• Industry knowledge in Financial Services, Public Sector (Federal/Flemish), or general Industry.
