What you will do

• Execute transformation projects involving intelligent data structuring, analysis, and benchmarks.
• Conduct people interviews, animate workshops, and perform process mapping.
• Develop functional specifications for client projects.
• Assume team leadership roles by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to internal knowledge creation through workshops, publications, and seminars.

Requirements

• University Master's degree in Business Engineering, Civil Engineering, Applied Economics, or Management.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a consultant.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.
• Strong interest in the Financial Services sector and AI-related topics.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize options into actionable conclusions.
• Must already possess the right to work in Belgium (no work permit provided).

Nice to have

• Willingness to participate in temporary assignments abroad (e.g., France and The Netherlands).
