What you will do

• Develop analytics and technology solutions to help clients detect, monitor, and predict risks.
• Guide clients in achieving sustainability ambitions and ensuring compliance with ESG reporting standards.
• Identify and prioritize sustainability issues and integrate the vision into corporate strategy.
• Implement processes, controls, and dashboards to ensure consistent and accurate reporting.
• Contribute to internal offer development and business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering, business, economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 10 years of relevant experience within a consulting company.
• Fundamental insight in sustainability and ESG.
• Proven skills in business development and team management.
• Trilingual proficiency in Dutch (must), French, and English.
• Must already possess a valid work permit for Belgium.

Nice to have

• Fluency in German.
• Strong interest and ability to build expertise in data and AI-related topics.
