What you will do
- Execute digital strategy, marketing excellence, and customer experience projects for Fortune 500 companies.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle and governance of large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
- Drive project implementation through steering committees and workshops for EXCO members.
- Collaborate with global offices to share knowledge and support cross-selling initiatives.
- Develop business development materials and implement consulting best practices.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree.
- At least 4 years of experience as a consultant in a similar firm.
- Experience in Corporate Strategy, Digital Marketing, CX, CRM, or Customer Analytics.
- Excellent English and Dutch verbal and written skills (Mandatory).
- Proficiency in agile project management.
- Valid right to work in the Netherlands.
Nice to have
- Experience in Financial Services, Retail, Transport, or Healthcare sectors.
- Knowledge of German language.
- Strong interest and expertise in AI and data-related topics.
