What you will do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on 300mm semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
• Support wafer production objectives through defect reduction and process optimization.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve equipment performance and reliability.
• Follow strict safety protocols and operational procedures in a cleanroom environment.
• Work a compressed 12-hour shift schedule as required by the fabrication facility.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant hands-on technical or military experience.
• Experience performing maintenance on 300mm semiconductor equipment.
• Ability to lift 25-pound parts and work on ladders regularly.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without hirify.global immigration sponsorship.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and complex diagrams.
• Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Experience with Planar/CMP functional areas (e.g., Applied Materials, Reflexion LK prime).
• Advanced Node semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of process control systems.
