What you will do

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure high-quality wafer production.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, supporting defect reduction and reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve technical issues and optimize tool performance.
• Prepare samples and conduct measurements on advanced IC chips using cutting-edge lab equipment.
• Perform fault isolation and failure analysis of process manufacturing defects.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and output targets within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in a STEM field OR High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in electronic, avionic, or mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Understanding of electronic systems operation and component-level repair.
• Must have valid US work authorization (no sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in a semiconductor-related STEM discipline.
• Knowledge of SPC methodologies and semiconductor manufacturing workflows.
• Experience with SEM, FIB, or other advanced lab measurement tools.
• Previous experience in mask or wafer manufacturing environments.
