Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 yearly

What you will do

• Negotiate and secure deals, identifying opportunities across product categories, segments, and markets.
• Collaborate on retail initiatives and marketing for current film releases and library properties.
• Partner with Retail Development and Product Design to align all activity with brand strategy.
• Research and identify new innovative brand partnerships.
• Manage annual budget planning and quarterly revenue forecasting for assigned categories.
• Drive category growth through the expansion of base business and acquisition of new licensees.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in Beauty & Care and licensed consumables.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, retail distribution, and the retail environment.
• Proven business and merchandising experience in the consumables industry, ideally in Beauty & Care.
• Strong relationship building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
