What you will do

• Support Accounts Payable Specialists in daily transaction processing.
• Perform posting of third-party invoices.
• Index invoices and identify PO and Non-PO transactions.
• Complete operational and clerical tasks as assigned by the AP Lead.
• Respond promptly to urgent invoice requests.

Requirements

• Must be actively pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or Financial Management.
• Must be able to provide a School/University MOA and an Endorsement Letter.
• Good understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting procedures.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills.
