What you will do

• Assist in core finance and accounting services, including month-end close and reconciliation.
• Support the delivery of accurate and timely financial reporting and control performance.
• Collaborate with internal finance and cross-functional teams to drive company value.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities through end-to-end analysis.
• Share knowledge and expertise to support organizational capability.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business, Data Science, IT, or MIS.
• Demonstrated knowledge and background in finance or accounting.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be available for required OJT (On-the-Job Training).
