Relativity SME (eDiscovery): Providing advanced technical support and workflow optimization for Relativity software within government litigation environments with an accent on data culling, complex search indexing, and software release testing. Location: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Role is based in New York or Albany, NY, with remote and hybrid options available.

Salary: $139,436.27–$189,234.94 per year

What you will do

• Provide advanced-level support and guidance in Relativity to attorneys and investigators.
• Perform specialized data culling, identification, and complex searching using custom indices.
• Collaborate with technical support groups to resolve system access, performance, and installation issues.
• Test Relativity software releases and establish templates, views, and workflows for division-wide use.
• Act as an advocate for CFTC staff by submitting feature requests and promoting ideas through the Relativity User Portal.
• Conduct Relativity demos, training sessions, and create comprehensive user documentation.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• At least 10 years of litigation support experience, including at least 4 years of advanced Relativity experience.
• Master’s degree or J.D. (or Bachelor’s degree plus 13 years of total experience).
• Relativity RCA certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Relativity Master certification.
• Experience using LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Current or active security clearance.
