Relativity SME (eDiscovery)

Location: New York, NY or Albany, NY; remote and hybrid options available. U.S. citizenship required, and the role requires eligibility to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Salary: $139,436.27–$189,234.94 per year

What you will do

• Provide advanced Relativity support and guidance to attorneys, investigators, and litigation support specialists.
• Perform specialized data culling and identification using complex searches, custom indices, privilege screens, and data prioritization.
• Configure templates, views, scripts, and workflows for individual workspaces and divisions.
• Test Relativity software releases and resolve platform-specific issues with Relativity staff and technical support teams.
• Submit and promote product feature requests through the Relativity User Portal.
• Conduct Relativity demonstrations and training and create user documentation.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of litigation support experience, including preferably 4 years of progressively advanced Relativity experience.
• Master’s degree or J.D.; a bachelor’s degree plus 3 additional years of experience may substitute.
• Relativity RCA certification required.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent tasks and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance required.

Nice to have

• Two Relativity certifications, including the RCA, and a Relativity Master certification.
• Experience with LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine.
• Microsoft SQL Server experience.
• Current or active security clearance.
