What you will do

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for developers using hirify.global APIs and streaming products.
  • Troubleshoot issues, reproduce bugs, and collaborate with engineering to ship fixes.
  • Build code samples, demos, and SDKs to accelerate customer integrations.
  • Expand and refine documentation, tutorials, and guides based on real-world developer feedback.
  • Automate support workflows using internal tooling, scripts, and AI-assisted systems.
  • Partner with enterprise teams to design integrations and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • Must be based in North America, Brazil, or Colombia.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical role such as support, engineering, or developer relations.
  • Comfort reading and writing code, with a preference for TypeScript and Rust.
  • Deep curiosity and a strong bias for action and ownership.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts.
  • Passion for the Solana ecosystem and distributed systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience with API and SDK design or open-source contributions.
  • Prior experience in a startup or small, fast-moving team.
