What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of technical projects from ideation to deployment.
• Design and build scalable, resilient systems from the ground up.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and perform rigorous code reviews.
• Provide thought leadership on architectural and coding decisions.
• Champion engineering best practices and technical excellence.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives that impact multiple engineering pods.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in building and maintaining large-scale production systems.
• Prior leadership experience as a Technical Lead or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in cloud architecture, distributed systems, and algorithms.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently including system design and deployment.
• Demonstrated record of mentoring and guiding engineers.
• Ability to operate with a 0 to 1 mindset for new system development.

Nice to have

• Experience with time-series monitoring and observability systems.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Go, GraphQL, and AWS.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
