What you will do

• Define and optimize content improvement plans aligned with business strategy and data-driven insights.
• Lead content delivery across complex product experiences by collaborating with design and engineering teams.
• Manage deadlines, negotiate with stakeholders, and oversee vendor performance to ensure high-quality output.
• Apply GenAI tools and industry best practices to enhance content relevance and scalability.
• Influence partner engagement strategies and support contract changes to ensure aligned content goals.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in program management, digital content publishing, or professional writing/editing.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager.
• Proven ability to translate product features and marketing moments into clear, engaging web content.
• Experience managing content for large-scale, consumer-facing websites with multiple user personas.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end content strategy execution across web properties.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 4+ years of experience taking products or features to market.
• 6+ years of experience improving product metrics or disrupting markets.
