What you will do

• Prepare and execute scheduled subjective and objective tire tests on roads and proving grounds.
• Set up test conditions, including vehicle preparation, tire mounting, and instrument calibration.
• Assess data quality, record results, and issue detailed reports for internal and external customers.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, traffic codes, and proving ground practices.
• Develop and maintain testing procedures, work instructions, and quality control activities.
• Collaborate with test facilities, OEMs, and outsourcing companies to maintain business relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or Design.
• Theoretical knowledge and understanding of Vehicle Dynamics.
• Above average driving abilities.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Ability to adapt to extreme weather conditions and various testing environments.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in office software.

• Experience in Road Tire Testing.
