Compensation: $85,600 – $149,400 USD.

What you will do

• Direct the full product lifecycle from launch through maturity and saturation.
• Perform in-depth customer and market research to identify pain points and new opportunities.
• Develop business cases and presentations for new product concepts and enhancements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to articulate value propositions and drive market penetration.
• Monitor product performance against business objectives and P&L goals.
• Partner with IT functional leads to deliver innovative solutions for financial services customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of software product management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business case development and Go-To-Market strategies.
• Ability to create and deliver presentations for Senior Management.
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Houston, TX.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Banking or Commercial Lending Solutions industry.
• Background in B2B software product management or marketing.
• Experience with web-based search products and data/content monetization.
