What you will do

• Monitor and improve equipment performance, uptime, and OEE.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability.
• Support new equipment installation, qualification, and buy-off.
• Collaborate with process engineers to ensure equipment meets specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with SPC, FMEA, or 8D methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work on shifts if required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of front-end semiconductor equipment such as lithography, etch, or thin film.
• Understanding of equipment automation and basic PLC systems.
