What you will do

• Lead and grow the Private Credit operations and client service team in Luxembourg.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve out-sized business growth and market leadership.
• Manage and nurture top-tier client relationships, acting as a senior point of escalation.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead client proposals and onboarding processes.
• Collaborate with the Executive team to ensure sustainable growth and service quality.
• Represent the product in management meetings and contribute to industry insights and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Expert background in Private Markets fund administration with deep knowledge of Private Credit.
• Established client network and strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
• Proven experience in core operations, client management, and staff leadership.
• Detailed understanding of accounting and administration technicalities in the Private Markets arena.
• Relevant professional qualification such as ICSA, ACCA, or ACA.
• Must be based in Luxembourg or willing to work onsite.
