Senior Planner/Buyer (Supply Chain)

Location: Must be based in Baguio City, PH (Hybrid). Must be able to support US-East time zone shift 2-3 days per week.

What you will do

• Maintain part planning parameters and update supplier lead times.
• Convert demand signals into Purchase Orders in accordance with contractual terms.
• Liaise with regional supplier leads to secure delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with internal site functions to ensure timely part delivery.
• Manage supplier non-conformance and return-to-vendor processes.
• Resolve delivery, quality, and documentation discrepancies between site and regional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
• Must be able to work US-East time zone shifts 2-3 days per week.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels and with external partners.

Nice to have

• Certification in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Program Management, or APICS.
• Engineering or technical background.
