Procurement Specialist (Supply Chain)

Location: Must be based in BGC, Taguig City, Philippines (amenable to report onsite 2x a week)

What you will do

• Lead the bid and negotiation process, including RFI/RFP development, bid scheduling, and validation.
• Manage supplier master data and ensure contract compliance within SAP/MACOS systems.
• Provide financial reporting and business analysis, including cost projections and productivity tracking.
• Maintain market intelligence records regarding product formulation, technology trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Act as the primary point of contact for supplier communications and drive corrective actions for business continuity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience with SAP-ERP, SRM, CRM, or comparable systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Expertise in International Logistics, Incoterms, and Procurement Ocean Freight processes.
• Amenable to report onsite 2x a week in BGC, Taguig City and work on a Day shift (APAC) schedule.
