What you will do

• Drive the global business process excellence strategy to promote standardization and consistency across the Procurement footprint.
• Lead purchase order (PO) compliance efforts, including audits, remediation plans, and legacy supplier risk assessments.
• Conduct internal assessments to define current-state processes and identify operational efficiency opportunities.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and share data-driven insights with Procurement Leadership.
• Manage knowledge management initiatives, including supplier profiles and industry benchmarking data.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and feedback exchange.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of corporate experience, preferably in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP ERP, and Tableau.
• Knowledge of core procurement processes and project/change management fundamentals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and apply critical thinking to drive process efficiencies.

Nice to have

• Experience with negotiation and International Logistics.
• Expertise in supplier management involving foreign incoterms.
• Experience working within multinational companies.
• Familiarity with AI development.
