What you will do

• Perform rack-and-stack, network integration, and OS/hypervisor setup for the Cyber Range platform.
• Deploy and validate training scenarios and prepare handover documentation.
• Provide first-line technical support, including incident triage and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 remote teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Execute periodic health checks and scenario resets to ensure platform stability.

Requirements

• Active Government of Canada Top Secret (Level III) clearance.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT, systems, or infrastructure engineer.
• Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL, Ubuntu, Debian).
• Solid networking fundamentals, including VLANs, routing, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Experience with virtualization and hypervisors such as VMware, KVM, or Proxmox.
• Mandatory working English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with cyber ranges or cybersecurity activities.
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, or Ansible.
• Experience working within the Canadian federal sector.
• Security certifications such as Sec+, RHCE, or CCNA.
