What you will do

• Optimize workflows for standard cell library reliability and validation.
• Engage with vendors and foundries to define and develop tool requirements.
• Generate and validate collaterals across various usage scenarios.
• Develop technical documentation for both internal developers and external customers.
• Collaborate on reliability analysis including electromigration and thermal effects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience (with Bachelor's) or 2+ years (with Master's).
• Must be based in the United States.
• Understanding of electromigration and thermal effects on transistors and interconnects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Unix proficiency.
• Experience with command line languages such as csh, bash, perl, or python.
