What you will do

• Proactively support and troubleshoot Optical PAM4 DSP products.
• Own and drive customer technical issues to resolution.
• Act as the primary technical interface between customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with field application engineers and marketing to communicate customer needs.
• Perform system-level debugging and root cause analysis.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years or Master’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Basic understanding of high-speed PAM4 and NRZ signaling.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed optical or electrical measurements.
• Proficiency in C and Python.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
