What you will do

• Lead the Education growth vertical in Brazil to drive activation and measurable adoption across students and teachers.
• Design and execute a growth strategy spanning from grassroots teacher engagement to municipality-level partnerships.
• Optimize the user journey to shift the focus from simple training to long-term retention and habit formation.
• Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Content, Product, and Partnerships around growth outcomes.
• Identify and resolve onboarding friction to reduce barriers to sustained usage at scale.
• Develop scalable, locally relevant initiatives to turn education into a compounding acquisition engine.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building or scaling a market, vertical, or segment with clear, measurable results.
• Strong expertise in activation, retention, and habit formation frameworks.
• Ability to operate hands-on in an environment without a rigid playbook.
• Experience navigating both grassroots environments (schools, communities) and strategic government conversations.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil to support local teams and collaboration.
