What you will do

  • Lead AI enablement programs to drive awareness, adoption, and long-term usage of AI tools.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and hands-on demonstrations for business users and leadership.
  • Act as an AI advocate to build confidence and help stakeholders navigate concerns regarding new technology.
  • Partner with technical teams to translate AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.
  • Create communications and learning materials to help users embrace new ways of working.
  • Define and track adoption metrics to continuously improve enablement programs.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US or LATAM.
  • 5-10 years of experience in enablement, training, consulting, or organizational adoption.
  • Proven experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills for executive and business stakeholder audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with generative AI tools and understanding of business process transformation.
  • Ability to influence skeptical audiences and translate technical concepts into practical guidance.

Nice to have

  • Prosci or ACMP certification.
  • Instructional design experience.
