Systems Analyst 1 - MWFC (Onsite)

Location: Onsite five days per week in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, United States.

Salary: $51,500.00–$83,500.00 annually.

What you will do

• Analyze supply chain incident data to identify trends, patterns, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide initial triage, advanced troubleshooting, escalation, and root cause analysis for complex warehouse management and automation incidents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical guidance for supply chain systems.
• Support testing, validation, implementations, upgrades, and process improvement projects for supply chain systems.
• Generate reports and dashboards covering supply chain IT operations performance and KPIs.
• Manage vendor and non-vendor ticket resolution, review support documentation, approve hardware-impacting deployments, and configure local warehouse management and automation integrations.

Requirements

• 0–1 year of analyst experience.
• Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Subject Matter Expert experience or knowledge.
• Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends, patterns, and insights for supply chain system efficiency.
• Ability to identify supply chain system issues and develop solutions to optimize processes.
• Effective communication with non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs, technologies, and priorities in supply chain and technology.
• Meticulous examination and evaluation of supply chain incident data, data-driven project input, and strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, data analysis tools, and relevant software applications.
