Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 yearly

What you will do

• Formulate presentations for executive management on current business initiatives.
• Develop analyses and recommendations regarding the competitive landscape and manage associated models.
• Generate ad-hoc analyses to answer time-sensitive business questions and identify strategic opportunities.
• Prepare financial models related to TV show financing, business development, and M&A assessment.
• Build regular industry updates and competitor benchmarking for the senior leadership team.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives across the hirify.global portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, investment banking, or corporate development.
• Must be based in or able to work from Universal City, California (Hybrid, 4 days/week in office).
• Significant experience in financial and data modeling using Advanced Excel.
• Expertise in crafting logically structured and persuasive executive presentations via Advanced PowerPoint.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
