What you will do

• Coordinate and manage multiple production programs within the Global Sustainment team.
• Release and control work orders into the repair facility to meet customer requirements.
• Interact with internal assembly and manufacturing functions to ensure timely product delivery.
• Resolve operational issues that impact customer delivery schedules.
• Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gain buy-in and overcome production bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
• Proven experience with modern ERP systems.
• Experience executing lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Strong ability to prioritize workloads and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office for reporting and communication.
• Ability to work on own initiative and willingness to learn.
