What you will do

• Plan and schedule daily engineering jobs to meet operational deadlines and SLAs.
• Ensure site access, engineer skill sets, and materials are prepared prior to job allocation.
• Identify and escalate risks to delivery timelines to ensure proactive resolution.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize engineer planning and subcontracting decisions.
• Maintain high data quality in systems like Maximo and Oracle.
• Manage internal outages and coordinate effective responses to reactive works.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a planning or scheduling role using internal systems.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working with CAFM systems.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of hard services or facilities management.
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
