What you will do
- Plan and schedule daily engineering jobs to meet operational deadlines and SLAs.
- Ensure site access, engineer skill sets, and materials are prepared prior to job allocation.
- Identify and escalate risks to delivery timelines to ensure proactive resolution.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to optimize engineer planning and subcontracting decisions.
- Maintain high data quality in systems like Maximo and Oracle.
- Manage internal outages and coordinate effective responses to reactive works.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a planning or scheduling role using internal systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with CAFM systems.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 7:00pm.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of hard services or facilities management.
- Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.
