What you will do

• Develop and execute category strategies for Fashion & Living to achieve annual revenue targets.
• Identify and negotiate agreements with license and promotion partners.
• Drive joint business planning with key licensees and retailers in the GAS and Nordic regions.
• Analyze business performance and provide accurate quarterly revenue forecasting.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure quality and innovation in local product ranges.
• Maintain relationships with key buyers and decision-makers across the territory.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English required
• Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and hitting revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, retail distribution, and the retail environment.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and industry functions.
• Analytical and financial skills for budget planning and performance analysis.
