What you will do

• Oversee the translation of client proxy voting policies into structured, system-ready data with strong governance and auditability.
• Establish and manage validation frameworks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of policy data.
• Lead end-to-end operational workflows for global proxy research production and voting execution.
• Drive automation and standardization to improve scale, complexity, and global market coverage.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Custom Policy stakeholders to ensure seamless platform enablement.
• Define and evolve the operating model and governance structure for policy-driven insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in data operations, governance, or proxy voting within financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or Information Systems (Advanced degree preferred).
• Proven track record of leading complex, data-driven operational functions for policy-based service delivery at scale.
• Expertise in translating complex business rules into structured data frameworks and operational workflows.
• Deep knowledge of data governance, operational controls, and scalable process design.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
