Compensation: $45.00 - $55.00 hourly

What you will do

• Manage and motivate crews to ensure top-tier broadcasts across NBC platforms.
• Oversee studio, control room, and live remote operations.
• Coordinate technical and logistical needs for live programming.
• Handle breaking news and high-pressure situations with rapid changes.
• Liaise with NBCU operations and executive leadership to optimize resource utilization.
• Implement unified operational strategies across various show units.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in live, studio television production.
• 2+ years of experience working in a News environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of studio, control room, and field production.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays on an as-needed basis.

• Deep working knowledge of modern control room and studio technology.
• Experience working with DGA, NABET, and IATSE unions.
• Ability to work within a budget and manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
