What you will do

• Own SoC and subsystem power architecture and manage power tradeoffs.
• Lead and enforce low-power RTL design practices.
• Drive RTL and early power estimation using realistic workload assumptions.
• Manage power correlation across RTL, gate, and post-PnR stages.
• Serve as the final escalation point for power issues and make tape-out decisions.
• Mentor and supervise other digital design engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (12+ years exp), Master's (10+ years), or PhD (8+ years).
• Deep expertise in SoC / RTL low-power design.
• Proven track record of ownership of power closure on large designs.
• Ability to predict power behavior and risks prior to tool analysis.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
