What you will do

• Lead global revenue recognition policies and ensure compliance with US GAAP (ASC 606) across subscription, SaaS, and perpetual licensing models.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, and Finance to shape deal structures and pricing strategies.
• Own the design and continuous improvement of the order-to-cash revenue accounting process and automation systems.
• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives including ERP transformation and SOX compliance.
• Provide executive oversight and technical accounting guidance on complex customer contracts and multi-element arrangements.
• Mentor and develop a global accounting team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Requirements

• CPA certification required
• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience with significant leadership in a global organization
• Deep expertise in US GAAP and ASC 606 required
• Proven experience leading global accounting functions and multi-layered teams
• Strong experience with financial systems, ERP environments, and revenue automation
• Experience partnering with commercial and legal teams on deal structuring

Nice to have

• Software industry experience
• Experience with Zuora, Oracle, or Salesforce CPQ
• Big Four audit experience
• Familiarity with multi-currency accounting and FX impacts
