What you will do

• Lead the SoCal Risk & Analytics strategy to drive client retention and new business growth.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and finance leaders, presenting complex financial data and funding strategies.
• Oversee advanced analytics delivery, including financial modeling, benchmarking, and multi-year forecasting.
• Direct the SoCal stop loss strategy in partnership with national Centers of Excellence.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of analytics and risk professionals.
• Design scalable delivery models and workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in health benefits, analytics, actuarial, or risk-related roles.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing people, projects, or complex client work.
• Deep expertise in health insurance, self-funded plans, and medical stop loss.
• Proven ability to model and advise on alternative funding strategies (ICHRA, captives, reference-based pricing).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong consultative presence and ability to influence in a matrixed organization.
