Salary: $160,000–$200,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead the SoCal Risk & Analytics strategy to drive client retention and new business growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to HR and finance leaders, presenting complex financial data and funding strategies.
- Oversee advanced analytics delivery, including financial modeling, benchmarking, and multi-year forecasting.
- Direct the SoCal stop loss strategy in partnership with national Centers of Excellence.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of analytics and risk professionals.
- Design scalable delivery models and workflows to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in health benefits, analytics, actuarial, or risk-related roles.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing people, projects, or complex client work.
- Deep expertise in health insurance, self-funded plans, and medical stop loss.
- Proven ability to model and advise on alternative funding strategies (ICHRA, captives, reference-based pricing).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong consultative presence and ability to influence in a matrixed organization.
