What you will do

• Coordinate with sales teams, vendors, and clients to manage print mailings.
• Provide accurate quotes for DRM print mailings with fast turnaround times.
• Guide clients through the company's various product offerings.
• Monitor and improve internal systems, policies, and operational procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Coordinate testing for process enhancements.
• Manage dedicated client deliverables while collaborating within a team environment.

Requirements

• Knowledge of direct marketing terminology, print, graphics, bindery, and paper manufacturing.
• Proven proficiency in client maintenance and advocacy.
• Strong experience with MS Office suite.
• Experience with Web Development (HTML, CSS) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Kansas City, MO office (Hybrid).
