What you will do

• Lead onboarding and implementation activities to ensure customers start using solutions quickly after sale.
• Provide product training and walk-throughs to users with varying technical backgrounds.
• Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding, coordinating the resolution of issues.
• Track implementation progress using standard procedures and prioritize business needs.
• Assist customers with solution upgrades and data migration.
• Conduct 30-day check-ins to review solution adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience extracting, transferring, and manipulating data files.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Jacksonville, Florida.

• Experience with Salesforce (Sales & Marketing Technology).
